Shipping Policy

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase.

  • We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $350.

  • Orders under $350 will be subject to a standard shipping fee (calculated at checkout).

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

  • We do not accept returns on non-defective items.

  • Returns are only accepted for products that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • To request a return for a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Warranty

  • All products come with a 3-Month Warranty.

  • During the warranty period, defective items may be eligible for repair or exchange (at our discretion).

  • Warranty does not cover:

    • Physical damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

    • Normal wear and tear.

Process for Defective Items

  1. Contact us with your order number and description of the issue.

  2. If approved, you will receive instructions for returning the defective product.

  3. After inspection, we will either repair or exchange the item under warranty.
