Cancellation Policy
Diagnostic Fee Policy: The diagnostic service costs are as follows: $55 for regular laptops $85 for gaming laptops and Apple laptops $125 for Microsoft Surface laptops The diagnostic fee will be applied to the total repair cost if you proceed with the repair. If you decide not to proceed with the repair after receiving the estimate, the diagnostic fee is non-refundable. Turnaround Time Policy: Diagnostic assessments will be completed within 1-3 business days. The repair timeline will vary based on the complexity of the issue and the availability of replacement parts, but most repairs are completed within 3-7 business days after diagnosis. Warranty Policy: We offer a 3-month warranty on all motherboard repairs, covering issues directly related to the service provided. Repair Estimate Policy: After diagnosing your device, you will receive a detailed repair estimate, including parts and labor costs. The estimate is valid for 14 days from the date it is provided. Parts Policy: All replacement parts used in repairs will be Original, high-quality OEM or certified third-party components. Customers can provide their own parts for repairs; however, we do not offer warranties on repairs using customer-supplied parts. Data Backup Policy: We are not responsible for any data loss during the repair process. It is recommended that customers back up their data before bringing in their devices for repair. We offer data backup services upon request for an additional fee. Non-Repairable Device Policy: If the device is deemed non-repairable after the diagnosis, we will inform you immediately. The diagnostic fee will still apply in this case. Payment Policy: Payment is due upon completion of the repair, and the diagnostic fee will be deducted from the total cost. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit card, and debit card.
